Ingredients
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ¾ cups canned chickpeas
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp italian seasoning
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 whole grain pizza crust
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Combine hot sauce, sriracha (omit if you're sensitive to spice) and 1 tbsp olive oil in a medium bowl. Add drained chickpeas and mash slightly with the back of a fork, keeping most chickpeas whole. Sprinkle with salt and set aside.

In a food processor, grind cashews until sandy in texture. Add milk, garlic powder, italian seasoning, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread with 2/3 of the sauce, then layer with spinach. Top with chickpeas and shredded mozzarella.
